Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
An order may be cancelled as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

No Returns or Exchanges After Shipment:
Once the product has been shipped, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.
As the products are original, handmade artworks, all sales are final.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival:
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours and provide a clear photo of the damage.
A personalized solution will be provided depending on the case.

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for verifying all product details - such as size, colors, and description - before completing the purchase.
