Lanaletti.com is an online platform for the sale of original paintings and art prints created by Lana Luba Letichevski.
Use of the website and purchase of products through it constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Responsibility
1.1 The artworks offered on the website are original and unique pieces of art, sold in their current condition (AS IS).
1.2 The website owner makes every effort to accurately display images and descriptions of the artworks; however, slight variations in colors may occur due to differences in screen displays.
1.3 Inventory is limited, particularly for original artworks which are one-of-a-kind.
1.4 Responsibility applies only to material defects that existed prior to delivery of the product to the customer. Responsibility does not apply to damage caused by improper use, direct sunlight exposure, humidity, falling, impact, improper cleaning, or any negligent handling after receipt.
1.5 In the event a defective product is received, the customer must contact the website owner within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the defect.
1.6 The company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service and/or the use of a product purchased on the website. The information contained or displayed on the website does not constitute professional advice. Any information provided or any content appearing in any of the forums does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation, or any kind of opinion. Therefore, the responsibility for the use of any information found in the forum rests solely with the user.
1.7 Responsibility is limited to replacement of the product (if available) or a refund, at the sole discretion of the website owner and in accordance with applicable law.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Purchases are made by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
2.2 An order will be confirmed only after authorization is received from the credit card company or selected payment provider.
2.3 The website owner reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, or inventory shortages.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT in Israel as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 The website owner reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
4.2 Domestic Shipping (Israel): Orders shipped within Israel are expected to arrive within up to 14 business days from order confirmation.
4.3 International Shipping: Orders shipped outside Israel are expected to arrive within up to 45 business days from order confirmation.
4.4 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, postal services, holidays, or circumstances beyond the website owner's control.
4.5 Delays beyond the website owner's control (such as courier delays) shall not be considered a breach of obligation.
5. Currency and Conversions
5.1 Prices may also be displayed in additional currencies (such as USD) for convenience only.
5.2 All transactions are processed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS), unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
5.3 When payment is made using a different currency, the final amount charged may vary according to the exchange rate determined by the customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
5.4 The website owner is not responsible for currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or additional charges imposed by third parties.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 In the case of cancellation not due to a defect, cancellation fees will apply.
6.2 The customer may cancel, modify, or request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production and/or shipping has not yet begun.
6.3 In such case, a refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS whichever is lower.
6.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the artworks, images, and website content are exclusively owned by the website owner.
7.2 No artwork or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
7.3 Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
8. Liability
8.1 The website owner is not responsible for any use of the artworks after delivery.
8.2 The website may contain links to external websites. The website owner is not responsible for the content of such external sites.
9. Privacy
9.1 Customer information will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete the transaction (such as payment processors or shipping providers).
9.2 The website operates in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
10. Age Restriction
10.1 Purchases on the website are permitted only for individuals aged 18 years or older.
10.2 By placing an order, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
10.3 The website owner reserves the right to cancel any order found to have been placed by a minor or a person not legally competent to enter into a transaction.
